Returns

We hope you will love these products as much as we do. In the event something isn't right, we will of course, endeavour to make it so.

Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Returns must be made back to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of your receiving of the order. 

Postage will not be refunded.

Foods and perishable items will not be refunded due to customer allergies, change of mind, personal taste or if desired outcome is not achieved. 

Foods and perishable items WILL be refunded in he event the product is faulty or where an ingredient is not labelled correctly by the manufacturer on product packages. In such cases, the products must be returned, in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Silverettes and other personal use items may not be returned unless faulty. This is due to hygiene.

Subscriptions can be cancelled or changed at any time up to 24hours before the next payment is due. Items sent on subscription will be sent the day following cleared funds. The total value of goods sent will be at least the subscription payment amount. 

Items sold on sale are final. There are no returns on these items.
